Southcoast 50

Marathon not far enough for you? How about a 50k?

This race starts at Littlehampton and takes you along the South Coast (did the name give that away?!) finishing at Porchester.

This is a self guided ultra with manned check in points with maps and food & drink.

Chichester 10k

Taking it down a notch, the Chichester 10k at Goodwood is on the same day as the Southcoast 50 but a little less hard on the legs.  

The Chichester 10k at Goodwood is a race over public roads for the first 6.0km finishing with a complete lap of the Goodwood Motor Circuit.

Sound like a plan?

Worthing running festival

If flat and fast is a winner for you, then this one in Worthing ticks those boxes.

Choose from a 10k or half marathon, the website boasts it is one of the fastest half marathon courses in the South.

Slindon Slog 

If upping your distance is what you are looking for then this 10 miler could be spot on.

Don’t let the name put you off this course is a fun route with mud, water and sand. Though you have to watch out for the ‘steps of doom’

Do you fancy testing the waters and taking a step up from 5k?

This 5 miler starts in the beautiful town of Arundel and is a simple course with a couple of climbs along the way.

The Grand Brighton 1/2 marathon 

This is a good race to consider for your fist big city 1/2 marathon. 

It is sure to be a busy one with lots of supporters to cheer you on along the route as it is its 30th year birthday!

Take in the sights of Brighton, from the stunning Palace Pier to the Royal Pavillion, this will be a day you won’t forget in a hurry.
